Pelatihan Implementasi RME Bagi Tenaga Administrasi Dan Medis Di PT. KFD

The advancement of information technology in the healthcare sector has accelerated the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR), which offers significant benefits, including improved accuracy of patient data, operational efficiency, and reduced risk of medical errors. However, successful implementation requires well-prepared human resources to operate the system effectively. This study aims to improve the knowledge and readiness of administrative and medical staff in implementing EMR through training activities. The training was attended by 76 participants and consisted of pre-test, material presentation, discussion, and post-test sessions. The results showed a significant increase in participants' knowledge, as reflected in the improvement from pre-test to post-test scores. Satisfaction evaluation indicated that most participants were highly satisfied with the training implementation. This study highlights that training is an effective strategy to support EMR implementation readiness and improve healthcare service quality.
