Dental health services in the riverbank areas of Banjar Regency face ergonomic challenges due to field dental chairs that do not adequately support healthcare workers’ postures This study aimed to analyze the ergonomic risk level associated with the use of field dental chairs using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method. An analytical observational study with a cross-sectional design was conducted among dental health workers selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through direct observation of working postures during dental treatment and analyzed using REBA, with Chi-Square testing α = 0.05 ... while 15.0% were in the very high-risk category Significant associations were found between duration of chair use (ρ = 0.032), years of service (ρ = 0.041), and ergonomic risk levels Non-ergonomic neck, back, and upper arm postures contributed most to increased REBA scores. Field dental chair use still poses ergonomic risks, highlighting the need for equipment redesign and ergonomic work practices.
