PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN WINDOW DISPLAY TERHADAP GAMBARAN URETER DENGAN KASUS UROLITHIASIS PADA PEMERIKSAAN CT STONOGRAM DI RSUP DR.HASAN SADIKIN BANDUNG

MSCT stonogram sangat berperan penting dalam menegakkan diagnosa pada kasus urolitiasis (batu saluran kencing). Teknik pemeriksaan ini dilakukan tanpa menggunakan zat kontras seperti yang diwajibkan pada pemeriksaan menggunakan modalitas lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh window level pada MSCT stonografi terhadap gambaran ureter yang dihasilkan. Penelitian dilakukan di RSUP.DR.Hasan Sadikin Bandung. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian observasional analitik dengan rancangan penelitian merupakan crossectional study. Alat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah MSCT Hitachi scenaria 128 slice, rekontruksi citra multi planar reformat (MPR) dan curve planar reformat (CPR) menggunakan Terarecon dengan software iNtuition client ver 4.4.12.100. Data diambil dari 14 sample pasien dengan kasus urolithiasis yang telah melakukan pemeriksaan msct stonografi yang diambil secara acak, penilaian dilakukan oleh tiga dokter ahli Radiologi Konsulen dan kemudian analisis dilakukan melalui uji statistik menggunakan IBM SPSS statistics ver. 25.0 tahun 2019. Hasil statistik memperlihatkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini menjelaskan bahwa perubahan window level pada pemeriksaan msct stonogram dengan kasus urolithiasis berpengaruh terhadap hasil gambaran ureter dengan p value = 0,041 (p < 0,05). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan penggunaan window width 350 dan Window level 60 dapat memvisualisasikan gambaran ureter yang sangat jelas setelah dilakukan rekontruksi CPR.
