significant impact on public health, environmental quality, food security, and the capacity of community health systems. These conditions require the strengthening of adaptive and community-based public health resilience. This study aims to systematically analyze the role of local wisdom in strengthening public health resilience in disaster situations in the era of climate change. The study used a qualitative approach with the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Literature sources were obtained from the Scopus DOAJ Dimensions and Google Scholar databases with a publication range of 2017–2026. The results of the study indicate that public health resilience is influenced by disaster preparedness, community participation, adaptive capacity, and the integration of multidisciplinary approaches. Local wisdom plays a role in disaster mitigation, environmental management, natural resource conservation, and strengthening community social solidarity. Strengthening public health resilience requires the integration of adaptive health systems, community-based governance, and the sustainable use of local wisdom. This strategy is important to improve preparedness, strengthen resilience, and support sustainable public health development in the modern global era.
