There is a relationship between responsiveness and tangible factors with outpatient satisfaction at Banjarmasin Siaga Special Surgical Hospital. However, there is no relationship between reliability, assurance, and empathy with outpatient satisfaction at Banjarmasin Siaga Special Surgical Hospital.
